The advantage and functionof production line
 

• The foaming machine of this discontinuous line adopts polyether (Polyester) and  ISO foaming system.Each component is metered individually and the flow is close-loop controlled. This system working type is discontinuous high pressure atomization mixing. The output mixed polyether will go through high precision metering unit to spray together with the ISO. The mixed head adopts mechanical self-cleaning system with easy operation and reliable performance.
• The total set of unit adopts Germany Siemens human-computer interface, which can display  working process, various technological parameter including component flow,mixing ratio,mixed model and all the data can be sated and amended on the operating panel.
• The press machine adopts gantry lift-draw type, locates directly without any foundation. 2+2 type saves much time for panel preparation and discharge time which increase times of efficiency.
• The high quality working tables offer the best ensure for good quality sandwich panel. Bidirectional trolley adopts separate float guide rails with some advantages like mutual noninterference, accurate location and easy operation. 
• Press machine frame adopts split type structure, up layer frame and down layer frame are connected through side uprights by as many as bolts and located by square key to keep the whole frame stiffness and precision.
• All structure parts are on the process of artificial aging treatment and eliminate inner stress mostly. What’s more, compared with over-all structure which has processing technic limitations, split type does not have this problem, and it is easy for processing, transport, and maintenance. 
• We adopt high grade steel plates; inner dot mode supporting and plug welding connect, and constant temperature water pipes are surrounded among movable work tables.
• All these above structure can increase constant temperature effect and enhance whole intensity. Plat surface of working table are processed by large surface grinding machine to keep the depth of parallelism and surface roughness.
